All terms- "Political" in civic work
- Within the network, "political" means taking a position on power, parties or the outcome of the war. Advocating for humanitarian access is not political in this sense.
- Conflict sensitivity
- Working in a way that does not deepen existing divisions, assessed before every activity.
- De-radicalization
- Communication and programming that reduce polarization and support coexistence and tolerance.
- Decentralization
- Transfer of authority, resources or administration from a centre to lower levels. Deconcentration, delegation and devolution are distinct forms.
